We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Mandarin Marina and would stay there again. The staff were friendly and helpful. Once we found the doors to the shopping arcades the access to the hotel was enhanced.

We had a fantastic time staying at the Marina Mandarin.The staff were so friendly but importantly genuinely helpfull.We could not have been more happier.The only issue we had was that we could not get a dining room meal between lunch & dinner however this was not a major issue.The room was fantastic & had great views of the city at night.

The view from the hotel room was splendid! i was able to see the ferris-wheel, esplande, the on-going construction of our casino!!

Stayed 3 nights, on the whole good but hotel lacks character or ambiance. Room decor is very modern but not always practical (We had a lot of bags and there was not enough space to store and move them around) We did have problems with the door key cards not allowing access to lifts/rooms and had to change it each day! Italian restaurant was good, staff very attentive and knowledgeable and the menu extensive. The coffeeshop seafood buffet had a lot of quantity but not quality! Did not try other outlets or room service Nice to be adjoined to the mall but the access is not good for families with push chairs or wheel chair access as there is a long staircase to be tackled which leads thru to the mall. One strange thing was they do not offer a shuttle service to the airport and when taxis are in short supply (like weekends and rainy days) this can be a pain.

The hotel is good, ambiance and atmosphere grab my attention. but the aisle are to dark. over all the thumb up for the hotel my room quite tidy but some dirty spot on the shower area little bit annoying us.

front desk girl who attend to me were worst. I am not coming back this hotel again. first gave me converting rooom which is for meeting so that room are very drity and smell and same floor as other meeting room

We don't why the room rate price is not constantly. Is it up to the High season or Low season

Not easy to access the hotel from the Marina shopping centre with children in a double stroller. It was quite a chore to get across the road to the Suntec City mall too. Needs to have clear signage for those in wheelchairs or like myself with two children under the age of two in prams. Nice colour tones in the room. Good quality t.v. Could have done with more channels.

The restaurants need to have a review into the prices. The price of coffees, beers and some food's plates are over value, much expensive that need to be, compare with the quality and the kind of beverages. The room was a realy good room. It was in upper floors [18]. I think that the hotel need to increase the number of the nonsmoking rooms.

To provide more restaurant & bars..so that we can have more choices. To provide DVD player will be more better.

I have stayed @ this hotel many times before. I have never, ever been dissatified. Highly recommended. I really recommend this hotel. The location is wonderful for shopping, dining and pleasure.

i love the service. first class. best hotel i've stayed at sg so far! ristorante bologna was excellent. compliments to the chef. he was so kind to give me and a friend a chef's complimentary snack! i thought maybe if a cd player would have been provided, it would have made my day!

Renovation work was being carried out on the upper floors, about which no mention was made at the time of reservation or check-in. Construction work in rooms immediately above mine continued until 9:00 p.m. in the evening. Despite a complaint and change of room the situation did not improve, necessitaing a change of hotel. When I changed rooms the bathroom and toilet in the new room had not been cleaned properly and dirty towles had been left lying about.

Raffle Plaza which is the same prizes is more modern and comfortable.
