Stayed at the Mandarin for 4 days. The location is very convenient (very close to Esplanade MRT station) The services offered were great. Front office staff by the name of Nicholas upgraded us to a Premier Floor Room without charge (free local English paper every morning)and we got a late check out till 2 pm (upon request) without any charge either. The rooms were very clean, modern and our room had a balcony. Breakfast was a tad expensive but there were so many choices to eat outside of the hotel that we did not bother with eating within the hotel premise. Bathroom was spacious and the water pressure from the shower was excellent! Every single staff (from the Front Office to the Housekeeping Department)was very polite, friendly and very eager to assist with any issues we had. It was truly a pleasure staying at this beautiful hotel. I highly recommend this hotel and would be staying here again when we return in a few month's time.

Only stayed one night so not too much to say. All was as expected

first time visit to singapore when we arrived I couldn't believe the value for money at staying at this hotel the staff were all very proffessional the services provided made our stay welcome the hotel was easy walking distance to attractions and in a good location the beds were the most comfortable out of any hotels I have ever stayed in througout our travels over the years would highly reccomend this hotel and would definately stay here again highly satisfied

The reason we stay here is becoz of the long holidays weekends breakaway. And furthermore its our 44 th Singapore National Day.
I have booked One month in advance to place and requested for the room facing Bay view, to watch Fireworks .
Unfortunantely, while checking -in , I was informed that we got City view coz we hv to deposit extra SGD 100/- to get the room facing Bay view. I was a bit dissapointed. And to my shocked that our room has been prepaid in advance during confirmation. I thot that the room should be paid during checking Out at the Reception counter.
Ive requested for late check out @ 2pm and Express check-out without queing up to pay bills.

This is my second time making booking reservation with Holiday City.
The room rates are affordable and will recommended my friends to use Holiday City website.

The staff were very attentive, helpful, and courteous. We had a very nice view of no less than the esplanade from our terrace. It was a magnificent sight and we enjoyed taking pictures from our 12th story room. We were so happy with the room given to us and we had a very pleasant stay in this hotel.

IT IS A GOOD CHOICE TO STAY IN MARINA MANDARIN.

THE LOCATION IS EXCELLENT, WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE AND WELL CONNECTED TO MANY SHOPPING
MALLS AND FOOD OUTLETS.

HOTEL AMENITIES CAN BE IMPROVED. THERE WAS COFFEE MAKING FACILTY WHICH COULD BE FURTHER ENHANCED IF CREAMER IS AVAILABLE. TV CHANNELS
PROVIDE A WIDE VARIETY OF CHOICES THOUGH THE CONDITION OF THE TV CAN BE IMPROVED.

THE GUEST ROOM AND BATHROOM ARE LARGE WHICH IS A PLUS POINT.

CHECKING IN WAS HASSLE FREE, PROMPT AND GENERALLY STAFF WERE PLEASANT AND INFORMATIVE

My children wanted buffet at the hotel and it was a good buffet. Food choices were good. Taste is exceptionally good for a buffet. We had both dinner and breakfast buffet. Not expensive at all for a hotel at this level.

It was a good stay, the staff were very friendly, the hotel itself is unique by its own way with having the airy space above the lobby. The loaction is perfect as I was attending an event held at Suntec City Convention Hall. The only setback is that the view of the harbour is blocked by Mandarin Oriental.. if you are staying there, ask for the rooms with the city and the merlion view. It would be a very nice view especially during dusk and in the evening.

I found my stay at the Marina Mandarin most pleasant. The room was very comfortable and well equipped. The staff were really courteous and epitomised Asian hospitality. Restaurants serve varied cuisine using fresh ingredients - very delicious! I wish I could have stayed longer than the 2 days I had as I would have loved to use some of the leisure facilities. Next time I am back in Singapore - it will be at the Marina Mandarin!

Service was good. Location and price were good. I recomend this hotel to all.

Have stayed at this hotel previously and again this hotel is about as good as it gets in Singapore. Staff are great and always very helpful. As I travel throughout SE Asia on a regular basis, I can say without a doubt, that "value for money" you will not beat this hotel - great rooms, great staff and great location.

the hotel is in a great location. the MRT is nearby, there are a lot of eating places around, very near Singapore's main attractions -- Merlion Park, Raffles Hotel, Boat and Clark Quay, the Esplanade and the two shopping malls, suntec city and marina square. the area is quiet at night and far enough from the hustle and bustle of the busy orchard road.
the hotel staff are quick to help and friendly. we also appreciate the way they bring you over to your room at check-in.
it was definitely worth it.

staff excellent service, rooms very very clean with good views and good location for food and shopping. overall 10 over 10.

location is consider convinient, and atmosphere is very realxing

Good for a one-night stopover, much better than a sterile airport hotel and convenient for shops to replace my luggage that went missing en-route! Convenient location, friendly staff, I would certainly return.

Very good service and attention by staff. Concierge remembered my name from previous visit. Internet charges are for continuous use only rather than for total use time, i.e., if you pay for 24 hours of internet time you get charged for that even if you disconnect after 3 hours. Should be able to connect and disconnect within a 24-hour (1 day) period up to the maximum time paid for.

I had memorable time at the hotel. I enjoyed the pool and the gym. Very good gym indeed. I also appreciate the staff always smiling.

However, the only issues are:

- i requested for a non-smoking room but unfortunately i got a smoking room which smell..

- my credit card was blocked by an amount much more than the hotel bill. this reduced the amount available for me to spend in Singapore.

Apart from the above, everything went well.

The overall review on my stay at the Marina Mandarin was GREAT!

Would be good if breakfast is included in the room deal with no extra charge though.
Afterall how much food can one person consume!
At the most just one round of the buffet breaky with may be an extra cup of coffee.

Anyway I will recommend staying at the Marina Mandarin!

Staff for very helpful, polite, friendly and a credit to the hotel.
