Thanks to the hotel staff (Lee), we had a wonderful time during our stay and felt very welcome. The hotel is situated near the beach and it's very nice and quiet. We were travelling with a baby and it was quite important to have a quiet apartment. We believe the hotel staffs were aware of this and arranged a really nice and quiet apartment for us. The food at the restaurant was great and very reasonable priced. We love the seafood pasta.

Service was quite good. Especially front staff was very kind and courtesy to treat us. I came from Japan and I have lived in Perth for 4 years. She was really good (sorry I forgot her name). It was pretty good room. However, it was cold in the room at that time, so that we wanted to additional branket in the bed room even though it is in the summer season.

Excellent place for families travel with a car

2nd stay here, 3 room villa, loads of space for the 6 of us, great location, watched whales out to sea jumping from our balcony.

Overall a nice experience After the first night, the bed was slightly sunken in at the middle. Kitchen was well equipped but do consider providing cooking oil for guest use? The trash bin was not cleaned properly and reeked of stale food. We had to bring it out to the balcony to air.

Undercover parking good idea. Cold wind through gap in balcony door. No cases on extra pilows.

Although called a "beach resort", it is not that near the beach. Many apts do not have any sea view.

The rooms do not have any heaters as the main heater in our unit is out of order.

should be more cosy, I think it may be the color of the unit and the heater donot reach the ground flr unit

We did not really check out the amenities provided by the hotel so cant comment much on that. Nevertheless, the hotel reception staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel gave us a corner room with a fantastic view of the beach and its surrounding.

Was very disappointed in the fact that we could hear the people in the upstairs room quite clearly walking around, going to the bathroom & general movement. Seems like there is no soundproofing in the ceiling. Would not take a lower floor unit again.

Good and clean. We like it very much.

Poor construction. Could hear every noise in the next apartment. No hairdryer in room. Had to wait two days until one became available. Globe out. One light broken. Refrigerator not defrosted.
