From the moment we arrived to the moment of our departure, this was a 1st class experience. We were fortunate to get an upgrade to a Horizon Club room with all of the club benefits, and that was terrific. Free cocktails & snacks from 5.30 to 8.30 was a nice way to end our 4 day trip to Cebu/Bohol, so much so that we did not need dinner that night!! There is not much that can be said against the hotel, except perhaps the location....it's a good 20 minutes by car from the city centre, so from that point of view it's probably more a business type hotel. They have a free shuttle bus to the main shopping malls every two hours, if shopping is your thing. Pick up from the ferry terminal to the hotel & hotel to airport (about 30 minutes each way) was about PHP500 each way and that is worth it, not a limo but an adequate vehicle for the trip. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and the amenity of the hotel is definitely 5 star. Unfortunately it was cold and wet the day we were there so we could not use the pool deck facilities, but they looked adequate for most adults' needs. In summary, definitely a nice hotel & good value for money....highly recommended if you are looking for a bit of quality & privacy....
