Great value family room, only drawback was the fact that it was situated directly under the reception and the overhead noise was apalling, the children were disturbed each night numerous times.The managers at reception were very pleasant and we all really enjoyed our stay.Would stay again but ask for a different room.!Number 3 badly positioned for families with reception overhead and fire-escape right next door.

The receptionist (Silva) should have told us that the hotel do have some parking spaces for the hotel guest. We did ask him when we first moved into the hotel. But he told us that the hotel does not have parking facility. I come to know from another guest that the hotel do have parking facitlity. At the end of my stay I did confront Silva and told him of my despair. He just ignored me.

It was good value for money by London standards. Most other hotels at this price would be unclean, rough and tatty. This was clean and felt safe. The room was adequate , most importantly, the cleanliness being excellent.

We felt very dismayed when we stepped into this hotel room. It's super tiny with dust all over, as well as a mouldy smell. The pillows and the bed sheets were very old with yellow and green stains. We were requested to pay the total amount in advance. We moved out immediately after we found another hotel steps away which was so much better with the rate just 15 pounds higher. Then we realized that Marble Arch Inn Hotel was an Indian hotel, not an English one.
