The location is quite good: Close to Marble Arch Undergroundstation. The room had a window to the street. Thats why it was a bit noisy in the night.

We had ordered a room with three separate beds, but got a room with a double bed and a single bed. Every morning/evening we were told that we`d get a new room in the following evening/morning - which never happened. The room was incredible small, too small for three persons.

Near bus and underground in a pleasant neighborhood. A good value in a very expensive city. Very small. Had a refrigerator and a coffee maker. TV hung from wall too low. I kept hitting my head on it. 5th floor - no elevator. Staff on duty 24 hours were pleasant.

Advertising the Bed and Breakfast as a hotel was misleading.

The first room we had reeked of cigarette smoke. We had to change. There should be rooms that have never been smoked in.

Staff were very friendly snd helpful Room was smaller than expected and the tea and coffee facilities difficult to use.

We were surprised that we had to eat breakfast in the bedroom and not in a restaurant.

The breakfast could be improoved at lot! Else it was OK.

Personnel was friendly and helpfull. Excellent location. Room was too small for five. No lockers at all. Traffic noice was far too loud and disturbed at nights (poor windows).

There is no breakfast room, excellent basket provided behind door every morning. Again for London price we all four appreciated this friendly place. Thanks again for your help. Alex The room, mainly the bathroom is rather small but compared with London prices this remark is not valid. Very friendly reception and most helpful.

It would be more appropriate if the hotel can serve breakfast in a better atmosphere. It kind of odd when having breakfast in the room with cold bread.

too small and too expensive according to the price. rooms were too small and there was no lift also. breakfast was poor and staff was also not very good. never thought of staying again. overall bad experience.

I personally believe a private room in a hostel would have been just as good, if not better. It felt that as soon as you walked in the door and you paid, the owner's didnt care about you any more. THe breakfast was awful and stale. The hospitality was NADA from the owners and those behind the desk - and they should really look into a lift as no one wants to be walking up and down three flights of stairs everyday day and night just to get to theyre room.
