It is a very comfortable hotel with good value for money.

As I mentioned at the Hotel feedbackform the bedcover was very very dirty on the backside,otherwise all was good and clean

i forgot a perfum in the room and when i called to get it with the housekeeping it dissapeared.

You have a prime location - an entry from Ann (?) street would be convenient. Instructions on use of the washer/dryer would be useful. The placard is incomplete.

swimming pool looked small and a bit greenish water, no hotel resturant ony barbeque steakhouse attached to hotel foyer large and spacious and air conditioned in fact air conditioning was excellent not noisy and easy to use and adjust two bedrooms, master had 2 singles, desk and ensuite very spacious, second bedroom had double or king single but was too small for 2 people, had to order rollaway, tv in each room and lounge area which was excellent, also had washer drier which was a bit tricky to use but hard to know where else this would go

The street access is not actually on the street where the address for the hotel is listed which should be pointed out somewhere in your literature as it makes driving to the hotel more difficult with all the one way streets in the area. A note on your reservation infomration would be helpful for those driving to the hotel for the firts time. Kitchen facilites were useful and clean. Bathroom is very small in the one bedroom units.
