We did have a problem with one receptionist when a taxi did not come but it was Christmas day...same also left a message for someone else-we discovered after ringing no given.

bit of delay with getting the car out orher than that fantastic the shower head was damaged spray water to the roof it was damaged before we entered the room

Very poor hotel & awful value for money!We stay in Saville in Bond St. in Sydney & that is good. Badly in need of update!
