These were excellent apartments, tastefully furnished, clean, well equipped and the room was huge.
The location is within easy walking distance of everthing and we would definately recommend them, well worth the money.

We were in Melbourne for one night prior to going to country victoria to visit relatives.
We had tried to get affordable accomodation close to the city and casino area as we also have relatives living in this area.
All accomodation wanted 2 nights minimum because the Australian tennis open was on at that time.
We found this hotel and cannot say enough about the service we received both at check in and check out
We did not use the restaurants so cannot comment
however the room was perfect in every aspect
I did have trouble getting down to the carpart even though we did not have a car there I wanted to check it out for next time we are in Melbourne as we would certainly use this hotel again.
We were able to walk to the Casino, the Queen Victoria markets and the city without any problem
We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and already have

Disappointed that the spa was not working. Reception staff could have been more welcoming though. Very very satisfied with the room.
