On arrival the staff were welcoming and organised. The room was fine,it faced the front so we did experience some noise (as mentioned by others) on the Friday night as some noisy people walked along the road...not the fault of the hotel! The location could not have been better! (The much more expensive "Ritz" is nearby).The room had everything you could need. I will definitely use this hotel again. Thank you for a great stay!
