Our overall stay at the Novotel was very pleasant. The staff at reception were very couteous and the room was of a good standard and very clean. I was however disappointed with the room service. We made many phone calls to room service for a late night snack but no-one answered the call. We ended up having to resort to snacks from the minibar.

Apart from breakfast each morning we only ordered room service once as one of the meals ordered was not of a good quality. Nice enough room, in an excellent location but maybe needs a revamp

Breakfast bar not easy to negotiate and no information given by staff. Breakfast overpriced - not good value for money and there are plenty of cafes around giving much better service and food at a more reasonable price. Very comfortable room. Good sized bathroom.

room service breakfast, not as good and much more expensive than the other hotels we stayed in. During our 3 weeks in NSW and VIC. lovely view. Loved the balcony.
