I filled up the suggestion form and gave it to the manager for the day! 1.I notice at first that the room was hot! I was so tired i did not bother to complain. I complained on my second night and there was no action. On my last day, some engineers came and said the aircone was defective!It was only then that they offered a transfer---hours before check out!! 2. Your room facilities are already due for renovation! You advertize renovated rooms but you still give OLD and WORN OUT ROOMS! 3. ROOM 2131 was really a nightmare. I was transfered to romm 2122 and it was the same!!! Ask your managers!

Those who seek for halal food, this is the nice place to stay coz there are some halal restaurant operating 24hours around this area. It's also good for shoppers coz Robinson Mall just 5 minutes walking distance.

(1) The over all of this hotel is average since the hotel may be old, especially the room is old, but the loby was clean. (2) The breakfast and the dinner were good such as many selections and good tast; however, the service charge is automoatically reducted 10% so that need to be carefull to gave them a tip. (3) The room was a okay size with king bed, but television was small. (4) The bathtub and bath room was old, but not dirty. (5) My room was 17th floor so that the out side noise was not much. (6) The location of the hotel was conveinient to Amustorum? and 30 minutes to airport.
