Hotel is definitely above the average level. Interior's design in restaurant, bar and lobby is very impressive and trendy. Beautiful. Elevators could be bigger (some technical problems with them appeared from time to time). Great location. Room was nice and cosy but too small to be called superiour double.

at the begining they told us that we can choose between twin or double room, after that they told us that the price don't include shampoo (it is ridicule) and the last morning we didn't get breakfast because it was early(but I paid for it). simply, the service was BAD. we get a room next to the elevator and there was noise all the time.

The first room was really bad. We need to ask for a really double and good room , a lot of diference between the rooms. But finally ok but not Excellent.

service is normally very good during the stay, but check out situation early in the morning has been slow and with not so good service OK room, but a bit late with cleaning
