Despite the many new hotels around the KLCC area, the Mandarin Oriental is still the most convenient if you want to squeeze in some last minute shopping in between your business appointments. The quality of service is as expected from any Mandarin hotel, namely excellent. With wifi facilities now considered a given, it would be better if the service is complimentary which so many other hotels of lesser standard are offering. In the meantime, I hope that the construction going on in front of the main entrance will soon be completed as it is an eyesore and bothersome

The Hotel is in very good location . I found the internet connection service is rather restrictive to full 24 Hrs usage flat rate . It would be helpful to provide customers with options for Hourly rate as well .

MY WIFE AND I ENJOYED OUR SHORT STAY AT YOUR HOTEL. WE MUST SAY THIS IS THE BEST SO FAR AFTER STAYING IN SO MANY HOTELS IN KL. THE LAST WAS AT RENAISSANCE.
WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVE AT YOUR HOTEL TILL DEPARTURE.

WE TRIED YOUR CHINESE RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND MEETS OUR EXPECTATION.

KEPT UP WITH YOUR GOOD SERVICE AND WE WILL BE THERE AGAIN.

MAYBE FREE BUS RIDES FOR HOTEL GUEST TO OTHER SHOPPING/MAKAN AREAS IN KL AT REGULAR INTERVALS.

the only complaint is the toilet, which made hissing sounds every time it is flushed. with such a high end hote, i expect better plumbing.

Great service! They even upgraded me to an executive room on the 28th floor. Breakfast was very good with a wide variety of food. Too bad I was in a rush and was unable to enjoy more. Check-out was very quick. This hotel is definitely highly recommanded!

The swimming pool and spa are superb The bathroom door is strange.Amore fully closing door would afford better privacy. My wife also felt that a bedroom mirror should have access to a power point so that hair curlers can be easily used.

Have stayed at many 5* hotels in many locations and this hotel is up with the best, on a par with The Mark in New York, another of their hotels. Value for money is unbelievable. Would recomend this hotel and will use again. Was upgraded to suite without asking. Of very good size and all in excellant condition. Amenities provided were of very good quality. Club room exceeded expectations.

Excellent Location, just beside KLCC. One of the best feature of the hotel is it's excellent pool, which has an excellent view to the park. Would definitely come back again. The room is clean and fairly comfortable. The bed and pillow is excellent, not too soft nor too hard. However, the size of the bed could be bigger. In general, grade A for room and bed. Bathroom is clean too.
