WE MUST SAY THIS IS THE BEST SO FAR AFTER STAYING IN SO MANY HOTELS IN KL. THE LAST WAS AT RENAISSANCE. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE FROM THE TIME WE ARRIVE AT YOUR HOTEL TILL DEPARTURE. WE TRIED YOUR CHINESE RESTAURANT AND THE FOOD WAS GOOD AND MEETS OUR EXPECTATION. KEPT UP WITH YOUR GOOD SERVICE AND WE WILL BE THERE AGAIN. MAYBE FREE BUS RIDES FOR HOTEL GUEST TO OTHER SHOPPING/MAKAN AREAS IN KL AT REGULAR INTERVALS. PLEASE KEEP YOUR ROOM RATE AFFORDABLE.

My wife also felt that a bedroom mirror should have access to a power point so that hair curlers can be easily used.
