Booked this hotel online and it was fantastic. Huge rooms with King size bed, enormous bathroom and balcony! Great location just around the corner from Rundle Mall. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff was great. We give it very high marks. The only problem we saw was that the guest laundry room needed some sort of ventilation when the dryer was running.

As it was, I invited four friends up to it, and had to stop off on the way up to raid my minibar. I'd have liked a bath, rather than just a shower.

Found that they were not as helpful as could have been. It's a nice but small room with great fittings. Basically the services in the rest of the Hotel were overated. There was poor service from some of the staff who seemed disorganised.
