Excellent hotel staff. Very polite, courteous and very helpful. To name a few, umar, shanaz, anuar, pauline, etc. . In fact all the counter staff, maintenance, security guards, doormen, cleaners (at hibiscus 5), etc. Breakfast quite good spread. Pool
... is also excellent with lifeguards on duty. They are quite vigilant. I saw one lifeguard told one family not to eat near the pool and suggested them to eat at a 'proper' place. The table and chairs are for pool users only. Car parking is just enough. Sometimes, too many 'visitors'.
only one thing is negative, no one is enforcing the no smoking environment. . . . And sometimes. . . I think, there are more than 5 people in a one-bedroom apartment . . . Sigh. . . . Must also enforce on this problem. Mahkota hotel staff are too nice to everyone.
