Hotel room is very far from the lobby. Especially from Wing 1. Luckily my language is not that heavy. Toilet basin was choked and the Water temperature in the bath room is very difficult to control.water is either too hot or not warm at all.

The children enjoyed the pools which include the slides, jacuzzi and fountain. The 2 bedrooms (deluxe) apartment is facing Melaka Straits - very beautiful.

when we first entered the apt, we could smell a stench coming from the bathroom..it smells of sewage. As the windows were locked, we could only ventilate using the small exhaust fan available. The smell was very offensive. Perhaps the hotel might want to investigate on its drainage system and provide a deodorant in the room.

The air-con to the living room was not fixed throughout our stay. The check-out manager was kind enough to provide the room at a charge for non-air con conditions. One of the bedroom has all the necessary stuff like pillow, soap and shampoo whilst the other room is incomplete. Had to get room service to provide.

The room was very noisy. We could hear people walking around on the floor above us very late at night. The furnishings are very tired (old and run down) - not up to standard for a 4 star hotel

Suggest that the lunch voucher to be used flexible on the check in or check out day rather that on the next day after check in. There is no plate, fork & spoon etc.; in the kitchen area. Not able to cut fruits, because there is no knife.

Upon reservation, states clearly that I required non-smoking room. However, on arrival, receptionist claims that no requested on non-smoking room until I put out the black & white booking requested form then she claims that non-smoking rooms fully booked.

Mngt myopic. Looks big but feel small. Poor ROI. Maintainance ?? high cost ??? YES unnecessarily. Poor Hsekpg routine. Rms looks rundown esp. toilet. The whole will look shabby if hsekpg practise not review.

No cutlery provided (eg spoons, forks, plates). No dishwashing liquid provided so we could not reuse the cups until they were washed the next day.

Bathroom shower facility was a big problem, the pipe leak and causes a flood in the toilet. But was glad that your mechanics did come over to fix up despite the late hours. Hope that this could be improved and avoided in future.
