Mahkota Parade Shopping Centre has practically everything from cooked food to supermarket, and easily accessible from the Hotel. However, be very very careful when crossing from the Hotel to the Shopping Centre, as the expressway cuts between these two buildings. Bathtub running water very slow.

All staff were very friendly and obliging. Sheets were very thin with no underlay between them and mattress. Newly painted room which was nice, however no knives, glasses or plates in cupboards for our cheese and biscuits! Kind restaurant staff helped us out.

The counter staff is not friendly enough to their customers. They look unapproachable. Even for the room service, it appear to be slow and no one to answer our call. The bedroom is very old and run down especially the bathroom.Is time they refurbish the bedroom again.

Hotel itself is nice and big, value for money, shopping is very convenience. My booking is of twin bed sharing, but ended up in a single bed... too small for 2 person. not a 5ft bed, One of our 5 units room aircond not cold, slow in delivering a hair dryer when requested. On the whole our group of 10 person is not happy with the room, furniture and the interior is too dusty and chipping with furniture.

Location is good, but there is no link to Makhota Parade and guests have to walk a long way. Should build a bridge or some sheltered walkway on both sides of the road to the shopping centre. Room not well maintained. Carpet is dirty, wardrobe is old. No hairdryer provided. Aircon is some rooms not cold enough.

Need to wait long Q for breakfast. Children pool were dirty in the evening no cleaning was done. In Orlender one of the drainage pipe give way and it took 2 days for the maint to attend while visitors have to pass by this incident. This light were not working, bath tub was choke and it took 5 hours to attend after calling 3 times the reception, finally bth tub cannot be used. Litter bins were not cleared regularly. TV cannot be seen because of very poor attenna system. No radio. Bedrooms lights don't have master control to s/w off. Whenever water tap is turn on very loud sound was heard. Sofa set should have 3+2 instead of 3+1. Bathroom hot water facet is wall mounted, should be change to hose type so water mixing can done easily. The hotel Duty manager Steven was helpful to clear the choke in the bath tab and was friendly.

Should give more free facility to tourists. Only swimming is free, not sufficient. How about free gym, spa with valid coupons. Singapore hotel with around S$99 (Deluxe room) per night, can enjoy more facility than Century Mahkota. Wardrobe door not in contact,loose. Light bulb spoilt not changed. Insufficient hanger for clothing. Electric Kettle is old and dirty (Cover even can take out). Sofa cushion not nice to sit on,slippery feeling. Main door lock not in good condition (been locked outside the room twice, and need special technic to open the main door)

My last visit there was not so pleasent... tv was bad... can't watched any programmes clearly thruout my stayed there... and the first day when we arrived the tap in the master bedroom was jammed and they did repair it but not the tv when they promise to do it on the next day...but overall was ok

supposedly spa at d so called health club once FOC but now we hv to pay. After paying RM465 per day we still need to pay for facilities?? Htl shud advn check rooms condition b4 guest check-in coz when we open the tap rusty water flows from it for about 1 min, cabinet smells of wet damp wood(ventillation wud b nice), rattan sofa set back support broken,no hairdryer

courteous staff; two pools, restaurant OK - i think we were to have had a buffet lunch included didn't get vouchers, so next time I will. Good value. For the price, the value was good. I want to rebook for June when my family is coming from Australia!

it would've been excellent value hotel if the 2BR apt can be cleaner, and at least provide some basic kitchen accessories such as tea towel, proper bin, detergent. second bedroom was dirty, common bathroom's bathtub peeling off and looks unpleasant with black patches. some part of the walls are stained indicating poor maintenance. master bedroom (ensuite) was okay.

Very good and well maintained. Excellent security/safety - Hotel rooms, pool and car park. Always had a peace of mind stay. Looking to stay at CM in future. Bathroom,water pressure & water quality may be improved more. Some of the lamps were not operational. What about the hotplate/electric stove? Is it for display or may be utilised buy guest? Anyhow, I enjoyed my stays at CM. Breakfast buffet were marvelous!
