During our stay there, I actually requested for 2 queen size beds for both the rooms. Unfortunately, only one room was provided with the queen size whereas there's 2 single bed in the other room. I was also told that I will be given a complimentary baby cot since I've got a baby with me during the stay, but no sight of it. Most probably I've to request upon checking in.

hotel common areas eg. lifts, smells n painting in many areas need a coat.. Hotel getting old & poor maintenance is showing.. in toilets, wash basins etc..

The hotel should do something on the tap water. It is too yellowish. Have hold-backs when come to using the water regardless for washup or showers. The mineral water placed in the lobby meant for public use has some weird taste when we drank. Hotel should look into the quality of the water.

The water tap is not clean during the 1st time used.

Aircon of bed room was not cool and unable to adjust.

Considering I paid M$455 for a 3 days, 2 nites which is about average S$110 a nite. By Malaysian standards for a 4 star hotel, it is on a steep side. The poor quality of the hotel both interior and the exterior doesn't match the price I am paying. Terrible. The room that I had is in a terrible condition considered that I paid for a deluxe room. The room no is 7047. The tap churn brown water. There were ants in the room, the room locker is not working. The bedhead board falls out. The TV screen is not clear, the tape is faulty. As for house keeping, after 2 hours after I had called for a room clean-up, only did the cleaners turned up.

The hotel is looking very tired. A tray with the remains of two meals was left beside the lift on the 4th floor all night and was still there at 9am the next day. The room was not ready at 2pm and we had to ring for the extra bed to be dlivered.

The condition has deterioted since we visited it many times over the past 10 years Very poorly maintained. At the balcony, there was a bird's nest left uncleaned for months??

There were stains on the bedsheet and the spare pillow covers were dusty.

It was an apartment unit. Didn't like the bare flooring in the living area.

From photos, it looks nice. In fact, the view from the room is nice too. However, the maintenance is not done properly, resulting in the problem heater, wash basin, water tap, wc, air-con.... which i don't think i will go back to this apartment if i have another choice.

NIL Television Cable should be long enough so that we could enjoy the TV program even on the bed.

The comforters were dirty

Swimming pool not so clean. Took more than 1 day for pool to open. Aircon not functioning properly.

It would be preferable if the dining hall to be carpeted for comfort and the Television could be place in bedroom

Good service. Furniture and fixtures a bit worn out.
