Living Room should installed w/air-con. Bitten by mosquitoes in the apartment.

Facilities were too few . Kids were able to enjoy the pool only. Should have some arcade games or activities for the kids. Did not manage to get the 3 bedroom apartment as was told by reception that the apartment has some defect. Was later given a 1 and 2-bed-room apartment. Overall , the floor was moist and towel were dirty.

There was a stale smell when we entered the room. Probably because it wasn't ventilated when it's not occupied.

A bit dangerous to cross to Mahkota Parade. What happened to all the stalls near the hotel ? Low water quality. Scales in the toilet bowls.

The counter receptionist did not hightlight to me that I was eligible for this promotion with free zoo ticket and free voucher for either petrol or shopping till I called them after discovering it from a leaflet found in the room. I was quite disappointed with them bcos I brought along some kids for this trip. No doubt the receptionist did give it to me after my call but I felt they should have informed me of this promotion as customer service. Another thing is the buffet breakfast, when there are seats in the air-cond section but we were still directed or instructed to sit in the non-aircond section. It is like sending the message to us that just becos ours is FOC so sit non-aircond and the air-cond section is reserved for those who are paying for their buffet. These gesture from your staff can offend many guests esp those like us who also paid for our accomodation which is inclusive of breakfast. Overall is ok esp the location. Toilet leaking. Though the service man came promptly but doesn't help much bcos the toilet floor still very wet after every use. Don't know the leaking come from which pipe. Doesn't so much like the toilet. Abit dirty looking with all the yellowish spot.

both the time i chk in for 4-6aug n 11aug-12aug...no welcome drink..not tat i need the drink.but pse if indicated pse ensure tat coupon is given..anyway,i overlook tat cos it doesnt bother me..but just to let u knw there r some who wud make a big fuss over tat..thanks anyway. bathroom need to be upkept..water doesnt flow off..frm the sink n the bathtub.n need to chk on the nails tat pop up frm the carpet between the bathroom n room.tat's the trap! i hv stayed in this htl many times..looks like all the bathroom needs to be upkept..the rest no prob. tq

very large hotel my first time get a good room

Location is excellent Rooms are spacious. Except for some not so nice smell in one of the rooms.

Not organised, because when we checked in. The room weren't ready. The bed still messy!!! If i was to choose where to stay, i will never go back to the hotel

too run down in the other areas other than the lobby Living room no carpet n no air-con.......kitchen condition old.....toilet small.....most importantly.....water pressure very low in bath

Staff does not educated properlly. Not friendly staff. Limited food provided by room service. Breakfast is horrible with no taste. Warmer stove provided but not useable.Cupboards doors broken n damage.heater not workig

Simple but clean We requested for a king sized bed but did not get one. The water flow is too slow, especially the tap in the bath tub, even though it was turned to the maximum.

We did not stay long enough to make full use of facilities to comment more We were pleased with the rooms

(1) The chambermaid was kind enough to provide additional towel on request. Saw cockroaches in the room.

To put air freshner in the apartment lift as the smell is a bit stale. Would prefer if the balcony is to be upgraded (provide chairs + table) so that we can enjoy the good view of sunrise & sunset.
