One thing that this hotel that few hotels has is its location which is conveniently located to many ammenities.
Shopping center is just behind, tourist spots are just a stone throw away and the ambience is good for families with kids who will enjoy the pool.
Staffs were helpful and buffet breakfast has a large variety of dish to choose from. That's why since the first time I visited Malacca and stayed in this hotel, I've stayed there everytime I visited Malacca...every year.

Don't expect too much. Star rating over rated. Maintenance is well behind schedule. Location and faclities good.

Breakfast served are good and more varieties. Clean, spacious and the aircon is just right.

Location is good but to go opposite side of the shopping centre or place of interest is rather dangerous, I meant crossing the road especially with young childrens. Secondly, to provide more varieties on the buffet breakfast. aircondition not cold need to service regularly, suggest to install ceiling fan in case of aircon breakdown.

TV reception is poor for some channels especially cable.

long waiting for room, and only manage to get a room about 4pm and we were not allowed to extend the room. Toilet old and dirty, tap not working, no bath towels provided.

No drinking water available compared to other hotels that I have being to.

There's no hair dryer in the room, requested one, but broken condition. Besides, there's a cockroach inside the room. The room light bulk wasn't working at all. At night, very inconvenient. Should double check on the room condition. thanks

Showers and taps in the bathroom need to be upgraded.

Big plus would be the close proximity to the shopping mall and great pool for the kids Would have been great to have a microwave oven in the kitchen. TV reception could be better too.

breakfast,not many varieties,every year same menu,chargeble for child for breakfast which I think is inappropriate as booking for a room is stated 2 adult and 1 child-all should be in actually sparsely furnished-must have carpet,pictures,old furniture,lighting very dim,no aircon in the hall,room aircon not cold,the rooms looks old-need to modify

The location of the hotel is excellent and just right as it is located near lots of shopping centres and near to the places of tourist attractions too.. The bad thing is that the room is not equip with carpets and the good thing is that the room is equip with both fans and aircon so we can choose which to use.

The room could have been maintained better and cleaner.

the pipe is so annoying every time we turn it on it gave out sounds so loud. during night time we could heard people working. bet one of the building is under construction. we could heard people hammering. that makes us scared during first time we heard it.

Too many blocks whereby some blocks are too far away from the entrance The room is under maintenance. The moment I entered the room I could smell the moldy and dusty carpet smell.

Pleasant stay in the hotel. Pool is a bit small and felt crowded during evening peak hours.

Security needs to be improved. Air-conditioning system needs to be improved.
