The staff were polite and promp in responding to our request. Food served for breakfast were rather good spread. Overall, it is a good hotel for family to get together and holiday.

A renovation may help to spruce up the hotel. Breakfast variety can be improve as quite standard compared to other hotels. A little difference perphaps in offering local Malaccan food is a distinct advantage.

Service was excellent ! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Requests are prompted attended to. The transport facility (mini-van) was most ideal for family outing. The room is spacious and we had a good view. It's a pity that the rooms were not well-maintained. The hotel can do more to improve the cleanliness and replace some of the old electrical applicances (fridge, kettle, some lights were not working,etc). The long baths need a good scrub. The water heater and taps need some maintenance. I'm sure with all these fixed, the hotel stay would be perfect. Keep up the good work !!
