There should be a traffic light for pedestrian to cross the road opposite the Hotel to Mahkota Parade shopping mall, because of heavy and fast moving traffic along the road, is too dangerous for pedestrian to cross over, might cause serious traffic accidents.

We had a nice one night stay at your hotel. Ideal location. Breakfast spread was generous. Except, our master bedroom's aircon was really not cold at all, it was warm air throughout our stay. We fedback to the hotel front desk. Response time was quick and they lent us a Chiller unit for the night. I think, overall, the hotel need to look at its cooling ventilation system management. The other bedroom was also not cold but was not as bad as the master bedroom. Only the living room aircon was working fine.

Overall experience with this hotel is a wonderful one. Only snag is it is a bit too far a walking distance to Jonker walk for old folks. Driving out or taking a taxi during peak tourist days will be a nightmare. Trishaws are expensive. So the only logical choice is to walk. If only the location is nearer to the Historical site. Other than that it is a good hotel with a nice view of the sea. Recommended.

Room is clean although is a bit old. Breakfast is definitely a plus with many varieties. The hotel is near to the shopping mall and many food places. I realised that I had left my wallet behind when I arrived back to Singapore. I immeidately called the hotel and was channel to the Lost & Found Dept. Staff was very courteous & helpful in handling my call and managed to find the wallet with all the cash, credit cards & ic intact. The wallet was finally returned to me in Singapore. I must commend the honesty and the helpfulness of the all the staff involved in returning the wallet back to us. Keep up with your Good Services!

I guess I made the right choice in choosing this particular room accommodation - two bedroom premier apartment. My family was particularly pleased with the accommodation and we would definitely consider booking in here again. Since we visit Malacca quite often, hopefully we get to enjoy special hotel rates for our future bookings. Cheers Malacca!

Value for money.

It is good that hotel provide instant internet access point in room. No need to collect modem. This is compare to KL Berjaya Times Square internet service. They just provide me special id and password (of course with some charges). I plug the available FTP cable in my hotel room to my laptop. It is easy and convenient.
Bonus if I can access thru' wireless in my hotel room.

This is not my first time staying in this hotel. In fact countless number since the past 8 years. It has been so called our permanent family vacation venue each time we travel to Malaysia.

The rooms are clean and amenties are complete. However, you may find that some of the rooms may not be up to expectation at times. Ask for a change of room immediately if you discover that the room is not to your satisfaction.

Very near to Mahkota Parade and Dahtaran- a shopping paradise. The food in the hotel is good with a lot of varieties. The breakfast and weekend hi tea is superb.

The hotel is good for family holiday treats and I would definately recommend this hotel to all of you! But as a reminder please plan your holidays early to avoid dissapointment as the hotel is always fully booked during peak periods.

The hotel is excellence for family with young kids. Surrounding amenities is great & getting around is a breeze.

The location of this hotel is good because of all the shopping mall are around and very convenience for shopping and food.

The location of the hotel is good but the hotel seems a bit old, perhaps need a bit of refurbishment.

I made a reservation on mahkota hotel by stated that i need 2 single bed instead of 1 double bed. However, I was told that 2 single bed 1 bedroom standard apartment was not available upon my arrival. The staff suggested me to upgrade to 1 bedroom deluxe as 2 single bed is available for that room type. I insisted that i stated in my reservation that i need 2 single bed. Finally the staff agreed to upgrade the room to deluxe which have 2 single bed without any extra charge. I am very satisfy with this. I will come back again as mahkota hotel had a very strategic locatiom in the city. It is very convinient to go city visit.

The staff were good.Check-in And out were systematic.The hotel location was also great with the Mahkota Parade and other shopping mall jus a few minutes away.The scenery is nice.
