Saw cockroaches in the room.

Would prefer if the balcony is to be upgraded (provide chairs + table) so that we can enjoy the good view of sunrise & sunset.

Unfortunately, only one room was provided with the queen size whereas there's 2 single bed in the other room. I was also told that I will be given a complimentary baby cot since I've got a baby with me during the stay, but no sight of it. Most probably I've to request upon checking in.

Hotel getting old & poor maintenance is showing.. in toilets, wash basins etc..

It is too yellowish. Have hold-backs when come to using the water regardless for washup or showers. The mineral water placed in the lobby meant for public use has some weird taste when we drank. Hotel should look into the quality of the water.
