Hotel was very helpful in arranging bookings and in facilitating internet connection. However the standard of maintenance of the apartments is rather poor. Swimming pools are very shallow and only suitable for use by children

There is no tissue paper provided in the room even after request.

More directional signs along the perimeter of hotel. Will be good if there are 2 single beds instead of 1 queen bed. Maybe not all the rooms. 1 or 2 will be great.

my aircon in the room did not work in the night all of a sudden.

Overall the apartment is ok. However, the bathtub was leaking after use and wet the whole toilet. The toilet is very small and squeezy. The bed was a queen size but it turned out to be much smaller. Can't accomodate 2 adults with a child sharing on the same bed.

Best Malacca hotel I have stayed so far. Previously stayed at Riveria Bay Resort and the Renaissance. I have informed the hotel that the edge of the swimming pool must be made of soft material to avoid accidents. A few light bulb were not working or missing. One drawer cannot open. The safe deposit box cannot be opened. Have informed the hotel. The kitchen tap is very noisy. Also, is cooking allowed or not allowed ?

Carpet in bedroom is dirty & smelly.

The hotel was value for money purely through the deal we got from the internet. However, the food was very cold at both dinner and breakfast and the hotel had no atmosphere what so ever. Hotel room very clean and spacious - good view from balcony and plently of amenities provided within.

Can the hotel organise some optional tours? Don't see any difference between one-bedroom standard or deluxe

all ok except the sofas look bad in condition and dirty..

We were having a swim at blk 4 but we were told to go the lobby swimming pool as function was going on. However, the swimming pool there was very dirty and we were unable to swim. Quite a waste. The room looked nice but when 1st time entered, the floor was abit sticky. But later, when we got use, it was fine.

1) The basin in the bathroom was leaking & nobody come to rectify the matter even after I had made a complain to the housekeeping.

Overall very nice place to stay Should provide some plastic spoons in the room or give some complimentary drinking water.

The room had not been properly cleaned before we arrived. The bath was looking quite old and the water was always pouring in the toilet.
