My partner and I had four very relaxing days/ nights which was wonderful as we have to spend long periods apart, so a break like this was just what we needed to be together without any distractions in a lovely atmosphere with attentive and discrete service.

The hotel is so great. When we arrived, we were so suprising. The staffs are so nice and helpful. We love the swimming pool. The room style makes me feel comfortable.

Birthday present

5th October was the birthday of my wife. I told them about it when I made a boking. They prepared us a fine tablecloth and orchid. In addition the band sang 'happy birthday' for her and they presented us a nice birthday cake. We were so happy because of their arrangement.

Very good hotel/resort, well represented by their website. Excellent location, very pleasent staff. Reasonably good value (but fair pricing). Great pools. Happily return there again.

The level of service was next to none - fantastic. We found the staff warm, friendly and extremely helpful and polite. The ease in checking in was wonderful and although there was a slight mix up with our room, once they were notified they rectified the situation immediately. The amenities were wonderful with a large variety of Restaurants and Bars close by and the selection of menus were great. The resort was only a short taxi ride to town if you missed the excellent bus service to town. Unfortunately for us, we struck some untimely weather, which only happened in the evenings, and the resort lacked places for a dry frink. We would highly recommend this resort for a fun filled relaxing holiday for all ages to enjoy.

This is a very good hotel and I would recommend it for a couple or family holiday. Room was very good except toilet flush handle I had to partially fix and needs renewed

Suit me perfectly. Will be my first choice hotel if I ever get to KK again. Those guys & gals at the main entrance are real nice & polite. Make it a bit bigger.
