The only criticism is that I asked for a smoking room which seemed to be accepted on the confirmation. On arrival, I found that smoking was only permitted on the balcony which is not really what was implied by a 'smoking room'. Suggest that you clarify this at the time of booking.

Very nice room but the views were not anything like your website described. We were looking into many other rooms (the building was in a U shape) so we had to keep our blinds closed most of the time. It was very disappointing. I was expecting much better. The location was excellent though.

Strategically located. Within walking distance to places of interest. Easy access to public transport: monorail, train station. The one bedroom suite layout was terrific! Very elegant.

This was a great value for the money at any price. We returned to tell our travel department and agent to definitely keep your property at the top of the recommendation list. This was one of the most pleasant hotel experiences we could have in a new venue for a vacation. Everything was top notch. I would recommend that one or two of the staff dealing with room serviceing receive some additional training. That is a minor comment to the exceptional overall quality of the staff and room. It was wonderful to have a full service kitchen and the laundry facilities in the room. One final comment on the room is relates to the television offerings. A greater variety of programming would be helpful. All in all, we had a wonderful holiday experience at your facility.

I would recommend the hotel for its location - within walking distance from city/Darling Harbour/Chinatown 2 additional adults had to share one sofa bed which was quite small. I felt that the apartment was more suited for 3 adults maximum.

My only recommendation is that the hotel also provide two bedroom units in addition to one bedroom and studios. One bedroom unit was stylish, large, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Would stay here again. Very large apartment. The only negative was beyond the hotel's control - namely some construction noise audible from the rooms.

Reception staff were unable to offer a specific suggestion of where to eat, just that there was a lot of choice. We would have apppreciated a recommendation. We had no bed linen for the fold out sofa bed even though it was clearly stated on our booking that we were using it.
