Better arrangements need to be made for travelers arriving after receptionn closes. I needed to get the guard to let me in and thankfully had a cellphone to call him on. Air Conditioning did not work in room, so room reallocated on second night.

I have nothing but praise for the standard of the accommodation and the room facilities, everything was carefully thought out.

They asked us our check in time which we informed we would arrive at the hotel 9-11am however we weren't allowed into the room until after 12pm from an early 8:30am arrival from adelaide, we were very tired with a toddler and wanted to rest before sightseeing so we were very dissatissfied with this time delay. We were also unhappy with our luggage not being taken to our room especially after the time delay. The room we got we heard all the traffic and noises which made it hard to sleep. Lovely set up and very tidy and clean

Nice and central. Really enjoyed our stay in the room. Oven trays where covered in crumbs but otherwise clean and tidy.

staff very helpful, so nice here we came back to stay for 2 nights at the end of our holiday. very well equipped and clean, everything we could have hoped for.

I had a problem with a leaking air conditioner unit on the Saturday and was given towels to mop up the drips.The drips nearly drove us crazy all Saturday night and I had to be up constantly spinning the towels and attempting to dry them to place on the floor. Sunday morning the carpet was awash and the water in the ceiling was leeching towards the light fittings. I contacted the reception again and we were relocated to another room during the morning.

Great location Mix up with room type fixed when we asked. Fold out couch bed was not comfortable but other beds were.

Excellent location with access to Town Hall rail station closeby. Large studio accommodation with state-of the art appliances for making your own meals (shop at Woolworths one block away) & the laundry facilities were very handy.

Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Excellent accommodation for family requirements

At the reduced rate we received due to the mix up and the free parking, we were very happy with the price. Im not sure who is sending this email (whether generated by reception) but as reception know, our room was NOT cleaned upon entry. Once clean, it was very nice. The only thing was that I had an email at 1.30pm on Friday 23.01.04 confirming a room facing the harbour and we weren't, rather we were off to the side.

i would have enjoyed a view of something other than a wall

The hotel was advertised with cafe/bar and restaurant. Neither of these things existed. When I asked about them I was told the cafe was round the corner at the back of the hotel (incidentally closed until 5th January when we were there) and there was no restaurant but there were lots of places to eat in Sydney. this was a big disappointment as we would have liked to have eaten in the hotel occasionally and we were misled by your marketing.

Spa and pool could be a little cleaner - no one appeared to obey the rule of showering before entering and people where messing around and diving in etc. The shower leaked onto the floor quite badly. The stove top had a couple of burners that didn't work.

I will always recommend to people visiting Sydney, and will always stay there myself. A very good find. Great room, very well equipped, very comfortable bed.

Didnt have time to use pool spa etc as too much to see in Sydney I would have liked someone to wash up the dishes and not make the beds. Making a bed is easy, washing up on holiday is not nice!

There were difficulties with the lift repairs resulting in many people in the one lift and long waits. Everthing else was fine. We were very happy with our apartment. Clean and spacious.

Some instruction as to how to set up the sofa-bed would be useful. Kitchenette needs a bin.
