Staff very good and friendly but as stated, maintainance staff a bit slow to fix things Smoke detector had been removed by previous occupant and not noticed. Not replaced during my stay even after I'd pointed it out. Also range hood filter had not been cleaned since new and smelt like a thousand old ashtrays. Obviously previous occupant who removed the smoke detector used the range hood to smoke by. I had requested a non-smoking room so that was a disappointment to what was a nice room.

Clean, spacious and extra comfy - would stay there again without a doubt.

Staff were very curteous and exvcellent in all regards Windows were single glazed rather than double glazed which meant the noise from outside traffic was loud. Difficult to sleep because of the noise

The only problem was the noise generated by the traffic outside. If you wanted to have the balcony door open then you couldnt watch tv or listen to music. This made the room a little stuffy. Good size room (for a studio) and quite impressed with the arrangement of everything. Much better then some I have seen/been to. Also like the fact that the room had a mini hi-fi system, as many hotels - some that are very expensive - dont provide this and the guest has to bring one of their own. The same applies to the dvd player.

Some staff on reception need a refresher course on delivering service in a courteous & pleasant manner as at times we received less than expected & this detracted from the staff that were trying to deliver a better level of service. No we The level of cleanliness & hygiene left much to be desired - windows were very dirty especially in bedroom - carpet had very dirty marks & possibly chewing gum. Request for cleaning products to clean the room ourselves fell on deaf ears as did most requests during our stay! Your policy on "mini" services daily & not cleaning the room for a 7-night stay is very questionable!

We thought with the 5 star rating the apartment (furniture in particular) was a little on the shabby side. The apartment certainly wsn't dirty however we did feel that it wasn't as clean as it could have been. The Fridge in the apartment was extremely noisey especially through the night however size, style and situations was good.

On our second night there was a very loud party two floor below us. People were on the veranda, shouting at people in apartment buildings close by. Up until about 3am we could still hear loud conversations, etc. Very pleasant stay. Room needed a water jug for fridge.

Better than expected quality, size and amenities for the cost. Excellent views and location!
