For us, it was a very good location! Only the sauna we didnt enjoy. Its to small. It was a fair, very comfortable room

Unsavoury stains on the sofa we had to clean off before using it.

The location is very convenient and some of your staff are very helpful especially a young lady first name Eleanor. She was very patient and helpful pl convey our greetings and thanks to her. The rooms were neat and clean and comfortable.We are very pleased.

hotel very good,but not nice view,building side very pleased

Parking is tricky, as all one way streets around the hotel, took us 45 mins to park. Jus trying to get to the entrance, and assigned parking lot was oocupied by other cars, TWICE!! Eully furnished, very clean.

Often only a single lift was in use causing long delays in getting to room. Bed was poor as the pillows were lumpy and the use of 2 single mattresses on a QS bed was uncomfortable. Carpet was dirty. TV reception on some channels was poor.

The bathroom was a little smelly and dirty in corners. In Summary it was well located and a perfect place to relax at the end of the day. The 1 bedroom apartment was very well laid out and comfortable.

The person who checked myself in wasn't the most helpful - as he didn't even tell me the amount he was puting through on my creditcard as a security deposit. Nor did I get a copy of what he had done. This is the second time I've stayed with Maestri Towers in Sydney.

our apartment was just fab. we will now stay here instead of the goldsborough where we have stayed on many times before.

too close air conditioner's engines, without any view, tigh upkeep (curtains broken)

Excellent having a CD and DVD player (although we had none to play!). Our request for a room on a high floor was not met at all - we were on the bottom floor.

Service from Front Desk i.e. Warren & Alison, was excellent. Air-con wasn't working properly.

the clothes rack in the closset was placed so high that I could not reach it

I handwashed my baby's clothes. It would be perfect if there's a laundry line in the bathroom.

We were quite pleased with the ability to walk to the places we wanted to go. We took a taxi until we realized we were close enough to walk to all our destinations except the airport! It was wonderful to have such a large view of the city, but blinds on the window in the bedroom would prevent drawing the shade for privacy while still allowing enjoyment of the view.

the room had good facilities, the hotel service wasnt good, and the staf wasnt friendly at all , they gave us a room facing the building behind fr and dont even have a street view. the bed wasnt comftable .. one of the matress was higher than the other and it sepose to be a king bed.

Spa was not working. Pool towels not provided. For a supposedly five star establishment overall facilities were quite poor. Enquired about where games room was and was told it is now the mail room. May be a good idea to remove these facilities from the guest book in the room if you are not going to provide them. Was not impressed to find a dirty towel behind bathroom door on arrival. I notified reception but it still had not been removed after room was cleaned the next day so I was forced to take it down to reception myself. Bed in ensuite bedroom very unstable. Needs to be tighened up.

When we arrived we were put into a dirty room that hadn't been cleaned. Staff - 1 male wasn't very helpful. Put in another room that was in the middle of the building facing a brick wall. I specifically requested a high level room with a view. Was a little disappointed.

Very good location. Pleasant staff. We thought it was excellent accommodation for the price. Very good location, very clean, sheets & towels changed daily. Absolutely no complaints.
