Hotel was in a great location would certainly stay here again Clean and spacious serviced daily

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was both to the convention centre and CBD. We had a spacious and clean one-bedroom apartment which we found the ensuite laundry facilities to be very convenient. We did have problems working the air conditioning in the room, and decided to open the sliding doors to the balcony in the evening for fresh air. This allowed cockroaches to come into our suite.

We loved the location. We could walk to so many places. If we go back, we would love to stay here again. Just need to spray for cockroaches. They were all over on the terrace outside our sliding glass door. Only negative thing about the room.

I had asked for a room with a view, but we didn't get one, this was explained that as we had a studio unit you don't get a view, but if we had of been told this before we arrived we would have gone for a different type of room, bit disappointed.

Excellent location in the heart of downtown Sydney No curtains / blinds between bedroom and living area - would be useful to have these

Very nice and friendly staff services. Very pleasant, nice lighting. The 'study' room is very basic and not much ventilation but adequate and ok with fan provided.

As above. Reminded reception on 2nd day-again not serviced. Attitude of staff unbelievable and arrogant. We were told to go to reception to get fresh towels!!Have been there before so really disappointing. The lamps were very poor quality -on/off control broke after use.

Not all staff were knowledgeable of what was going on in the city. That was the only draw back we peceived. We really enjoyed our three day stay at Hotel Maestri Towers. It is convenient to all attractions Sydney has to offer. The one bedroom unit we had had ample space for us to relax in. The washer and dryer came in handy... Best of all, the apartment was done in good taste. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Limited microwave cooking equipment. In fact nothing that you could cook in other than the crockery.

Foxtel service would have been nice.

The location was very convenient and I would think about staying with you again but I would explore other options first. I do realise that these things happen sometimes. I had booked a room with 2 bed. I was travelling with a friend not a partner and was not as comfotable sharing a bed. The room was not made up the first day and a plastic bag of clean towels was left outside the room. The conference I was attending finished very late at night so it was too late to do anything about. I did mention it to reception and the next day the room was made up however the dishes were not done.(not that there were may)

The swimming pool water was very chilly, and there was a lack of changing facilities and seats in the leisure area. The beds were very uncomfortable - and the bedding was not changed durung the 14 nights we stayed on the sofa bed. No night blind in the lounge area made sleeping difficult - it had fallen off and was in the wardrobe. The neighbouring apts. were very noisy.

A lot of noise late at night outside the hotel, especially at the weekend, but that is to be expected in a large city. Otherwise, we thoroughy enjoyed our stay, and will not hesitate to book there again on our next visit to Sydney. Bed extremely comfortable, plenty of storage space in large wardrobe. Excellent kitchen and bathing facilities, extremely good to have personal laundry facility, although this does seem to be the norm in Australia. Lounge spaceous and airy. All in all an excellent good value apartment.

The room was quite noisy at night - the windows should be double glazed!

Housekeeping kept forgetting we were 3 in the room, so we had to pick up fresh towels at the front desk. Very surprised at the size and the contents of the room; felt almost like home

-a bit on the noisy side, but you cazn't be on a busy street and have suburban peace! No complaint, indeed, thank you for extending my wife's stay after I had a mini stroke and was hospitalized on the day before we were to return home

We were upgraded to a one bedroom apartment at no extra cost.

I would recommend the Maestri Towers to anyone looking for accomodation in Sydney

I cannot believe that you have no high speed internet via ethernet or wireless. Please do not say you have an internet connected facility if you expect me to dialup to my USA ISP for internet. That is just archaic. I would not mind paying a daily rate if there was high speed service. A few more basic amenities - like salt and pepper, ketchup etc., paper towels would be very nice.

Good hotel, excellent location and excellent value for money. Only half the price of the hotel next door yet rooms are just as nice. Would benefit from having a restaurant, although the hotel is primarily self-catered appartments. Very good room

Not all the receptionists were helpful. Frontline service staff should be more friendly. Insufficient utensils eg has only 1 pot without the lid in the kitchen.
