very handy to all the attractions. Very quiet. would have liked instructions on how to work dishwasher. Air conditioner not very efficient.

All rooms seem to be overlooked by other tower blocks so claustrophic on lower floors (we were originally on 6th floor) but pleasant at higher levels (stayed on 14th). received an upgrade to one bedroom appartment as studio allocated did not have laundry facilities (a must when travelling for months) - accommodation was very good

There were only 3 dining chairs for an apartment sleeping 4 and only 3 balcony chairs.

Very handy to Town Hall station and Darling Harbour so no real complaints. Would stay there again We had an enjoyable stay in these apartments. I had requested a room with a view but no such luck - just overlooked offices and no explanation or apology why they couldn't fulfil my request. Nice clean apartments - house keeping very haphazard. Sometimes they came late morning sometimes not until nearly 5pm and one day not at all!! .

Very good, that says it all. Will recommend to anybody who is visiting Sydney. Pity, no view!

Central location basically room only. good value for money. Not enough towels provided should be 2 per person not 1. Wife and daughter have long khair and need to dry it with 2 towels

Over all we were very satisfied with the Hotel. I would like to point out, though, our apartment was not cleaned on 2 of the 5 days of our stay. However, it is a given that on any future visit to Sydney we will definitely opt to stay at Hotel Maestri.

Again the hotel needs a refurbishment. We did noticed that areas were being painted. Whilst our party felt the apartment provided exactly what we needed, a clean bed, laundry facilities(the washing machine was broken, but thanks to the girl on reception, who organised another washing machine for me, my problem was sorted.)The overall look of the aprtment was in need of an update. Carpets needed a thorough clean, walls needed a coat of paint and the furniture needed an pdate too. But on the whole it provided us with what we were in need of.

Stayed in a self-contained apartment, well catered cooking facilities, apartment was spacious & comfortable.

Besides inability to fix the airconditioning. the rest of the service was excellent My airconditioner was giving problems but it was not fixed efficiently

There were some things that required attention - they were sorted the following day.

The chain to pull up and down the vertical blinds in the lounge room did not work properly. For a 15th floor apartment, the city sounds were very noisy and easily heard at night!

It is better to provide internet service to the customer.

The staff were very harrassed and rushed of their feet when we first arrived. The problem was we had been up since 3.30am NZ time and were pretty tired ourselves. The nightime staff was fantastic. When I booked i asked for a balcony. I was picturing us sitting outside eating/drinking on the deck! you couldn't swing a cat on the balcony we had. Also we looked out to another building. Felt clautrophobic. It would be good to know what we are getting before hand.
