WE HAVE STAYED AT THE MAESTRI TOWERS FOUR TIMES OVER A NUMBER OF YEARS, 1 BED APARTMENT AND STUDIO APARTMENTS.THESE ROOMS HAVE EVERYTHING YOU REQUIRE FOR AN ENJOYABLE STAY. MAESTRI TOWERS IS VERY CLOSE TO DARLING HARBOUR, 3 MINUTES TO THE ENTRANCE TO ACCESS TOWN HALL STATION,AND AN EASY WALK TO THE CBD AREA. THE STAFF WERE MOST HELPFUL AND ATTENDED TO US PROMPTLY. TRAFFIC NOISE WAS MODERATE AND ADJOINING ROOM NOISE OK.IF WE RETURN TO SYDNEY WE WILL STAY THERE AGAIN.

Great localitation, beatiful apartment, wide and clean, excelent and helpful staff, what else can I say? I would repeat this experience again every year if I could. Sydney is the most beatiful city I´ve ever seen. Thank you for everything.

Excellent location. Service and cleanliness very good. Kitchen and laundry equipment all in good working order as were TV etc. Bedroom spacious and comfortable.
Have stayed here before and would do so again.

We travelled with another couple and found this accommodation ideal. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom as well as a small lounge area and full kitchen facilities. Very close to Darling Harbour and the City Centre if you like a short walk. Rooms were clean a tidy and serviced daily. We did strike some problems with lost entertainment tickets the hotel reception had ordered for us, but eventually after four visits to reception they managed to have a replacement set of tickets provided to us. We would recommend this accommodation and would be more than happy to book Oaks Maestri again.

It is very good to close to city and harbour darling. It was great to stay in and more comfortable and relaxing.

Friendly staff who were all very capable. Hey, I tried to book a 1BRM+Studio online and was told that they had just all gone. We couldn't really justify the full price of a 2BRM, and I started to look around at other hotels. Shortly after that, the reservation was confirmed, and it happened with a free upgrade to a 2 BRM, and it was fabulous. So hopefully we're all happy: we had brilliant accommodation, the hotel still scored a reasonable amount of money, and you had three happy campers wandering around a conference telling other attendees and speakers how great their hotel was. Seems like a win for everyone... Two floors, two showers, three toilets, spacious with a balcony and harbour views. Pool/sauna/gym access. What's not to like?

Location very good with easy access to shops banks transport and local restaurants apart from Darling Harbour We found apartment size and quality exceeded our expectations and was tremendous value

Some maintenance required in room

Good room - I just didn't like the courtyard view. This was my second stay at the Maestri, there will be a third! Fair value - really no complaints.

Service at reception was abit slow, has to wait approx 15min at reception to get served. Staff at reception were on phone at time and I could tell they were busy so didn't mind waiting.

Some members of the staff were not too concerned with my requirements. Others were far more helpful Freezing cold. Heating did not work properly.

We were extremely impressed with the standard of room considering the excellent price

The tea or coffee , soap aren't refilled every day.

The hotel itself was in an excellent position and the service was second to none. I was very impressed with the size of the room and how comfortable everything was.

we requested a high floor with a view, and i mentioned this to the front desk staff they told me that rooms were only allocated on the day prior to arrival, and to check by email or phone to confirm initial requests for accommodation if available. room good after a few problems sorted, the problems to be fair would possibly have not been reported by earlier tenants, but were rectified promptly,room was away from noise (192 on th 7th floor) but no view at all

The tea pot wasn't cleaned inside.

CENTRALLY LOCATED AND CLOSE TO ALL SHOPPING AND DINING NEEDS I FOUND THE ROOM EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE, CLEAN AND ACCOMODATING IN EVERY WAY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOTEL TO ANYONE VISITING SYDNEY

The staff were quite nice mind you there was alot of staff there and yet it took them ages to sort things out When we arrived we had a double bed and we had requested two single beds after what would have been about 1/2 hour we were moved to a different room there was a double bed in there also that we could seperate which we had to do ourselves we then had to make the beds ourselves after being handed the sheets

Brilliant location - minutes walking to Darling Harbour. Very helpful staff. Apartment (13th floor) beautifully prepared for us.

Marketed as having cable TV which was not the case

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful facility. The only problem we had was no maid service.

The cleaner is lazy in cleaning the floor in the bathroom and vac the carpet. Poor reception of mobile phone in the apartment.

Pool area would be better with a changing room.Location central for Darling harbour and Chinatown. You need to be tall to reach the kitchen and the rails in the wardrobe.
