The hotel staff was incredibly helpful during this difficult stay (flights cancelled). I am still here and they have lowered my rate because of hardship. I highly recommend this hotel! The location is the best in Paris.

The hotel manager did not care about de situation. I went to the police in order to file the complain.

Centrally located hotel close to department stores, designer shops and Place de la Concorde with typical French feel and look (as compared to the international chain style hotel in which you could be anywhere)
The rooms are fairly small...just big enough to accomodate an extra bed for a child ...but clean, well appointed and tasteful decor.

The staff were very friendly and helpful despite our very poor French language skills.

Continental breakfasts were included in our package but when not included are about 12 euros.They included cerals, pastries, toast, boiled eggs, ham, cheese etc and coffee and hot chocolate which were both good. Breakfast staff were helpful and pleasant and tolerant of a leisurely breakfast. Tea selection was a bit limited, as was the tea in the rooms.

I would happily go there again.

I was very suprised that on the brochure it said breakfast included but when we got there we had to boil our own eggs and make our own toast. A bit misleading and disapointing. Lift only big enough for one person with a large suitcase but thank goodness they had a lift.

It seems that the staff at the reception don't know how to smile or say good morning. The air conditioner in the room was not working. We were there during summer and it was not pleasant at all - especially for the kids. We informed the staff at the reception several times but no one seemed to care really.

We thought we had a lot of value for our money. Nice hotel, friendly staff and in i nice area. Small but quite nice rooms.
