We found the staff at Reception exceptionally helpful. We specifically asked for a Bridge View Room (as shown by the Room Type you quoted) but were given a harbour view. However, it was a lovely view.

More drawer space would have been useful

The service was outstanding. The were very helpful on how to get places where to eat and really gave a personnel touch to our stay. They made us feel like family is the best way to describe. This is a must stay apartment. Great view of the harbour one way and the city and harbors in the opposite

All staff on reception were well organised, polite and efficient. We would recommend this facility to family/friends.

found 2 cochroaches in room and 1 in laundry area. The cochroach is bedroom (on night stand) was very upsetting. Hotel staff was very nice. Gave us recommendations on eating places, etc. and looked into cochroach problem. Hotel is close to transportation and about a mile walk to City Center. Room was a little 'dated', old looking bedspreads, furniture was worn. Kitchenette was too small to cook and poor supply of cooking items (pots, etc.)

Relatively small but self contained

We had room for 10 days, the bathroom floor was never thoroughly washed. The matress was very poor - sagged in the middle and needs to be replaced immediately.

Staff friendly and helpful Most disappointed.Supposedly a one bed appartment but no bigger than small hotel room with Only a small cupboard for clothes.
