This hotel is located in a city which convenient for us (we are from Malaysia) as it is convenient for us to travel to our destination by using public transportation like MRT/bus. We are really enjoyed during the period we stayed in M Hotel because the staffs in M Hotel are friendly & helpful.

Concierge staff (Singaporean) needs to behave in a more polite manner. NO SMILE AT ALL!!SULKY FACE!! A Singaporean lady staff attended to me during check-in but I thought she could be friendlier. I opted for a king-size bed & non-smoking room online in advance but was assigned a twin + smoking room. Isn't it pointless for guests to go through all the hassel to specify the room type when the staff doesn't even bother to answer to our preferences? To think that I actually went through several different hotels & decided on M Hotel...kind of disappointed with your service. Japanese staff that attended to me during check-out was professional though. I got a twin bed room instead. No words of apology whatsoever from the concierge. I was only informed that "It will be a twin room though". I was even assigned a smoking room when I have specifically indicated in advance that I wanted a NON-SMOKING one. Concierge staff didn't even bother to ask if I wanted a smoking or non-smoking room & simply assigned me the former. I had to double-check with her whether I'm getting a non-smoking room before she finally changed it to a non-smoking one for me. Please make better use of information stated in the online form!!!!!
