I have stayed in better hotels in london with much better service and will not be staying here again. Although we had requested a room with a double bed when we booked a month previous, we were given a basement room with 2 single beds. When we asked to be moved there were no other rooms available - apparently. Also it was freezing and the heating was not working. Lastly at approx 2am in the morning a very loud party went off directly above our room. Due to the cold and the noise we had very little sleep.
