so far service friendly but unefficient, for breakfast always have to call people to have tea etc.

Room service and Housekeeping could improve, sometimes not upto the mark. Currency exchange service poor, besides the poor exchange rate (which is acceptable in a hotel), they do not give change back in USD if you don't want to change the full 100 USD, also they do not except small dollar bills ( 1's and 5's ). No complaints at all with room.
