We were very pleased with our choice of Lotus Suites Hotel for our few days in Mumbai.

We only had a couple of minor negatives:
1) The reception processes seemed rather slow and cumbersome, or we may have struck a particularly slow staff member when we booked in. His attitude seemed a little offhand
2) The Restaurant/ Cafe played music really loud until after 11.30 both the nights we were there. We had to ask for it to be turned down on the second night ( there was virtually no one in the restaurant by this time)

Room service was good, staff were generally friendly and helpful. We did not use the pool - it seemed a bit intimidating to be swimming with people in the restaurant all round.

We believe we got good value for money and would certainly consider staying here again if we were to return to Mumbai
