The Hotel was ideally located.There were no porters.All thje facilities mentioned in the brochure like Safe etc were not in thr room. The room was a little smelly because of its oldness.Beds are not made in time.

i'd like to recommend this accommodation but the last experience not is greatfully and then i'm not sure to do it !!!

The phone in the room didn't work 4 days. A very clean room.

I found the service to be quite poor when I booked I requested early an check in and on my arrival was told it was not possible. However after a discussion a room was provided. Despite this I feel the service for the rest of my trip was satisfactory. The room was a great size but needed more thorough cleaning

Was pleased that the kitchen was equipped with all necessary items (microwave, pots, pans, plates, hob etc.)

Also stayed here in 2004. Is a top place to stay - well-situated, very pleasant staff and extremely well-priced for the benefits offered. Intend to stay there again on my next visit.

we saw a mouse in our room!!! The sheets were dirty when we arrived. when they changed them, the new sheets were dirty too ! we would have appreciate a hair drier. and we asked for a boublebed room not a two beds room. and we insisted on that point twice.

they were in the middle of renovating so some dust, will look nice when completed We felt very comfortable for the 12 days

Nice quiet room

The single beds were extremely uncomfortable. Double was fine.

Quiet (except birds in the morning;-) and good located to the tube. Comparatively inexpensive.

Hotel location and cooking facility are excellent.

the staff was very polite and espesially the front desk. the floor of the kitchen not straight so the table and chair were like slides in a playground.and the footsteps of the room above were extemely loud so impossible to sleep sometimes...

This hotel is extremely well situated and is close to all transport (Bus and Underground), a short walk to Paddington Station for airport train and handy to major parks. Reception is efficient and open 24 Hours. I believe this is exceptional value and will readily recommend it to my friends. The studio was newly decorated, had excellent kitchen and bathroom amenities and was serviced with fresh towels every day. By London standards, this was more than impressive.

Stafff was helpful but not well informed. Elevators poorly maintained. poor maintenance-- dirt and discarded socks from previous occupants under the beds. Had to climb over beds to get to closet.

Very difficult to get a good reception on the tv

It was Holiday period, but we saw the same person behind the desk only once. Computer in parlor was broken. To replace a broken night light took two days. Telephone charge policy for '800' number outrageous! During one week in the room, it was NOT vacumed. The headboards and covers to beds were not clean. Room VERY small for two people.

Gym was closed. No continental breakfast was provided at the price of GBP95 even though other hotels/apartments generally provide it. Steps at the Front entrance of the hotel inconvenienced most if not all as the travellers' luggage are usually heavy. Ramp would be a better way. The room 114 allocated to me was old with holes and 1heater not working. The bathroom floor had leaks without my knowledge. And the management complained to me about the water leaking to their office numerous times. No action was made to change to another room though the problem occured during the first few days of our eight nights stay there. There was an ironing board in the room, but no iron. The rollaway bed provided was of no comfort as it sagged in the middle. No support on the spine area. Comforter had stains on them.

The hotel is in a good location tube wise and access to Heathrow airbus. We found the room to be adequate and well equipped. We stayed there in 1996 and then again this time. This time we had a room facing onto the back and this was good and quite .

Outstanding helpful service from porter. kitchen layout inadequate.
