- terribly noisy in the morning when the house keepers clean the rooms and the supervisors check the room cleanliness. This because the doors cannot be closed quietly, so there will be a startling "bang" ... everytime a door is closed. Imagine that you 've to hear a series of 10-20 "bangs" while sleeping in the bed. It 's like " construction area ". And the hotel cannot solve this.
- i experienced a busy day at the hotel when a big group were going to check in. The supervisors were shouting, telephoning, using waky talky in front of the room while series of "bang" continued for the whole day!
