Hotel was difficult to locate especially when there was another hostel accomidation close by. These people did not advise us of the mistake and it cost me a lot of money in the meantime

Actually we did not miss anything - we are pretty selfgoing - if there were anything to add it would be a bit more ambience - maybe a sofa if you are waiting for someone in the reception area Now that the room offers the kitchenette so you can relax and have a light meal - it would help if you did something to make the room a bit more cosy like a lamp by each bed side - some picture on the wall.

The window at the kitchenette part of the room was not curtained ; adding a curtain there would be an extra comfort to (the feeling of)privacy.

Single rooms should be cheaper. Other hotels in the area do single rooms for GBP30 - GBP40.

When we arrived in the hotel we thought that it seemed so bare and empty, not at all what we expected, but once we got over that, we really appreciated it. The staff were very nice and also helpful, all in all we were quite satisfied. The room was adequate for the price, we were particularly looking for something with a kitchenette, which seems hard to find, so in that respect we got what we wanted.

Not a hotel but an apartment, it is good to live here for long term. You cannot expect such service as daily linen change,room cleaning and free toilet paper like a hotel provides. However. you can feel free and enjoy your staying. Amenities are poor. There are small 2 soaps and toilet paper are provided on just the first day, 2 roles for 10 days, in my case. Towel are 1 bath towel and 1 middle size towel, which are worn-out a bit. Linen service is once a week. However, large room is comfortable and kitchen is enough. No telephone connecting outside, just to the front desk, in room.

You should had informed that I had to pay 3,5 % if using credit card, before my arriving.

While the hotel provides no outward lobby or lounge it is a great value for the money.The staff is very attentive and being small is able to provide very personal service.The location is a 5 min.walk to two tube stops and 2 minutes to a bus.The Paddington station is a straight walk to the hotel. The room itself was newly furnished and, although sparsely furnished provided all the amenities of the larger hotels. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Fine, although a light bulb didn't work and the hot tap in the bathroom was stuck.

Great location close to all amenities. Quiet and safe. Room was a suitable size for 2 people
