Suitable for: Business, Leisure, Families, Couples

Staff generally courteous and helpful (one is still not use to this in London!) Good location for a Heathrow stop-over, poor for central London. Did not try the food except desert which was good but expensive. Room rate was reasonable for London, expensive for most other parts of the world.
