On arrival we waited 10mins for someone to come to the office. The gentleman then didn't listen, thought I was someone else and was trying to explain to me why I didn't have a suite - when I had booked a deluxe room. I didn't see this gentleman again. The lady dealing with our departure was excellent. As we were only there for the one night, to see a show and visit friends, the stay was very much "just somewhere to sleep comfortably" which this accommodation provided. On this basis my recommendation would be neutral.
