My stay at the L' Hotel exceeded my expectation. The room was comfortable and spacious. It is centrally located and with the best MTR access anyone could ask for. Both east and west stations are within 400m of the lobby entrace.

I didn't spend too much time in the hotel to take advantage of its amenities. However, judging from the hotel room, staff (very courteous) and the overall hotel appearance I would not be disappointed.

Overall, I have enjoyed my stay and I have already recommended the hotel to co-workers within my company. I plan a return trip to Hong Kong within the next year and will stay at L'Hotel. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

the hotel is still under construction so not all facilities are available.

The hotel is new and nice, room is comfortable and is big enough to accomodate 2 adult and 2 kids, the staff are courteous and helpful, the only draw back is the location is a bit far from the city area.

Far from the city but if you have business customers close to the area, it is a very good value for money hotel. But because it is under going renovation, the reception hall feels large and empty without proper signages. The staff is also poorly trained in service levels. Broadband is by cable and there is no cable in the room, you have to ask for it which is not a problem except the person delivering it is really rude looking.

Overall, I would stay there again for the price i paid which was about 600+HKD
