Not good enough at GBP120 ppn

I would also like to say that I tried to book online using Sofitel website. Twice I got to the stage of paying and the site just crashed. I phoned the hotel to see if the booking had been made and someone called Pauline said she was too busy to deal with it and call back which I did, Pauline answered the phone again and promptly transferred me to reservations who, as it was a Saturday, could not deal with it and told me they would contact the hotel and ask them to phone me on the Monday. That was the last I heard of it so I booked through another worldwid website.
