Overall I would recommend staying at this resort for a few nights if you are willing to spend a few extra RM for the sea front chalet.

I was pleased to be upgraded to a premium water chalet as the premium tower was fully booked. As there were 3 of us, they accorded me a room with a king and queen size bed which I was thankful for. On my 2nd night, I was informed I could continue with my stay in the water chalet. Again that makes me happy as I would not enjoy moving due to hotel's full booking. Body lotion should be provided. Slippers should also be provided as it is a beach hotel and the floor is not too clean. The shower room does not have light as it has an open-air roof. This is fine during the day, however taking a shower at night can be a bit of a problem. The lighting in the room is insuffifient. Further, no reading light was provided by the bedside. The telephone should be placed near the bed instead of the table. Gym is a bit squeezy and makes one feel enclosed. Swimming pool is a bit small. Could see housekeeping was ongoing at all times. Reception staff who attended to me were polite and pleasant. NO signboard on main road to indicate turn to the hotel, Only managed to get there upon getting road directions from petrol kiosk.

This is the wonderfull place I had never reach before in Malaysia. What a surprise location for relaxing! just experience your self to have a WOW! Feeling, you will find 100% worth for $... we were planning to have a stay at sky pool villa on our next visit maybe aug or sept..!

Generally we're plsd to with the overall rating except I promised myself that I will not want to stay in this hotel ever again. Why?. First time in my life as a guest in any hotels that I was challenged by the poolside attendant to call a security guard if I refused to get my 2 little girls up the pool just because they were not properly dressed in swim suits. Have tried to perusade him to be reflexible as they were already in the pool but he stool firm and arrogantly swearing literally at us. Anyway after that he apologised for his behaviour but the hurt was already there. Beside this incident, all the staff were very friendly and accomodating to our needs.

I found the staff very courteous and very prompt with our requests. The location is excellent you feel rmoved from the area. The in house meal was very tasty and well presented. The only objection was that my wife found the pillows a bit hard.

This is my family's 1st trip to Port Dickson and by staying at The Legend Water Chalets Port Dickson has indeed made a very remarkable impression for this small town.
What welcome us when we opened the room door were a large bathtub, 2 bed (a King size & a Queen size), a very spacious room and the best of all was that the room is facing the sea. It's so beautiful and winding... we juz love to stay in the room the whole day...
My daughter cried when we checked-out the room and we promised that we definitely will come back to stay again in the near future.

This is a beautiful hotel and the staff is very very pleasant. I was impressed at how the hotel rooms were just as they had it posted on your site. Cleaniness is a plus and they are very prompt with their housekeeping. The staff made sure at all times that I was comfortable and satisfied with the service. The hotel location is a little ways out but the quiet and calmness of the ocean made it all worth it. I have never relaxed on a vacation as I did in Malaysia at the Legend. The Water Chalets were great! There are only two suggestion that I can make. First, leave the AC on a cooler temp in the rooms so it will give it a more fresh smell. Secondly, have a little more variety of food on the menu. Other than that, I have and will continue to recommend The Legend Water Chalets to anyone who really wants to relax on a vacation.

Through my experience staying in the hotel, I found out that there's a lot of problems and miscommunication during the stay in terms of food preparation, venue and many others. For example, the food that we ordered was not prepared due to the officer in charge with the ordering fail to inform properly to the banquet dept thus the cook did not prepare the food for VIPs on time. We were also not informed about the cuopon system and thus many participants didi not reliaze and fail to bring them during meals. The room that we booked for the conference also mistakenly booked for another group and create chaos. The sound system did not work properly and hence we have to use our own back-up system.

1) Staff was good and friendly.
2) I would say the ground place is small and so is the swimming pool area. Makes me don't have the thrill to jump into the pool.
3) Food isn't really that nice and not much of selection from it but ok if you're really hungry in the morning.
4) Stairs to the upper deck of the room is rather narrow and small.
5) I've yet to try the lower deck of the room but I think it would be lovely cos there is a screen where we can see below the water running.
6) Rooms setting & design is really cozy, warmth & romantic.
7) Love the balcony but if only the space of the balcony is slightly more spacious.

I don't mind going back to Legend Water Chalet for stay since I just simply love the chalet on water. And would be better if I get VIP rates. Hahaha ...
