Location is excellant. Rooms are basic but the beds are very comfortable, big plus.
The only negative to say is the staff on the desk need to be more welcoming, a smile and a hello would be great.

Pick up drop off area not very accessible to cabs or buses. Business centre abit rudimentary. Conference rooms hard to get to with lifts not working properly over a two day period.

hotel is strategically located in the high street just about walking distance to everything room is equipped with iron facility which is perfect for me.

I have stayed here 4 times now and find it very good for meeting up with people. The room was nice and quiet even though it is the middle of Brisbane

small rooms very small rooms for a high price

the hotel was well set out and very clean.All staff were very helpful. the room was wonderful.

There should be more staff at the reception area so that they are not distracted by the in coming phone calls. There were ants in the room.

The room price was excessive, especially considering the size of the room...and average furnishings etc... The room was small, but nice. It was a a luxery spa room so had the jacuzzi tub. The picture on the web page was a deceptive as I thought the room would be bigger.

Only problem is the lack of car park spaces at the Hotel.
