From the moment we pulled up the staff were courteous, helpful and friendly. The food was OK but a bit "fancier" than what my daughters (12 & 15) would have liked. Location was great, right at the front door of Salamanca Street. The only downside was the very steep incline that lead to the hotel. It wasn't that far but boy did it give the legs a workout everytime we climbed it. We were close to the harbour, city and the "red bus" stop. Staff were all friendly and helpful. The accomodation was lovely and the bathroom even had a bath. I don't know whether I would stay there again with children as there really wasn't anything on the grounds they could do and it was a little expensive but for a couple or for business it would be perfect.

The hotel met our expectations.

The location was excellent and the staff extremely helpful and pleasant. Scott at Reception went above and beyond his duties each time we requested some information, making our trip even more memorable.
Alexanders looked amazing but was too pricey for our budget.
A coffee shop , other than the lounge, would be perfect.
The beds were extremely comfortable with the room containing all added comforts, but 2 nights of 3 that we stayed, there was alot of noise from the road and outside rooms. However this did not last for long.
Overall, we would recommend Lenna's to others and definitely would return.

Nice to stay in a hotel with some character and that gave free access to the internet.
