When we booked in, we received the best service & welcome that we have come to exect from this hotel. When we asked to extend the booking for a further night, this was done even though it meant re-sorting other bookings. The problem with the dryer in the laundry was sorted out at no extra cost to us. The location of the hotel suited us due to the location of the rental car companies in the same street. The room was excellent with all amenities that was needed. We would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to others.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Very comfy room & bed. TV reception not the best but could see that there were plans to have tv on wall. Nice & close to what Hobart has to offer.

for the amount paid, and dmall room with a bathroom that is spread into the wardrobe is poor The tea and coffee facilities didn't include milk.

Looks a bit old and could do with a refreshing uplift. Not sure if I like the mirrors on the ceiling?

Since some cars took up two spaces, we were without a space until the registration clerk told us to use the manager's space...he was not using it for a few days. We were very grateful for this. The hot water was extremely hot and since there were two faucets in the sink (one hot, one cold), we had to mix water in the sink bowl every time we washed our hands. Just a minor inconvenience.

Parking lots are too small and only campact car is recommended. View is superb from the window !
